A comprehensive modulation effect, offering 3 types of modulation of audio signals: amplitude modulation, ring modulation, and frequency modulation. There are three audio sources, all of which may be used as either the modulator signal, or the carrier signal (and in some cases, both simultaneously). Also includes a fairly comprehensive MIDI implementation. The GUI is by Tomasz Kaye, of Redshift Media.

ShapeeVST is a real time implementation by Jez Wells of Christopher Penrose's Shapee algorithm which is a sophisticated vocoding process. Shapee combines sounds using a process called 'frequency shaping'. Rebuilder is a VST plugin that regenerates its input audio using a large matrix of oscillators. All standard types wave shapes are available to recreate the sound.
